FROM MY VACATION
Well placed source confirms to me that
Atlantic County Freeholder Alisa
Cooper will be sworn-in to her
second term as an Atlantic County Freeholder
this Friday, January 2, 2008 at The Atlantic
County Courthouse.
Our source has also confirmed that New
Jersey Governor Jon Corzine
will administer the oath of office to
Cooper. And, that other
high ranking state officials will
be in attendance.
This is a big day for Cooper, that will be
the start of her bid for the New Jersey
General Assembly for District 2.
Another source contends that Jim
Whelan does not want Cooper on the
ticket this year.
Cooper is running for the Assembly
regardless of Whelan's desire.
