“Toys For Kids” Plans 1st
Annual “Around the Island” Cruise
On Saturday, September 27, the Atlantic County “Toys for Kids” Program will be sponsoring their First Annual “Around the Island Cruise“ from 6:30 P.M. till 9:00 P.M.
According to Sgt. Greg
DePiano, President of the organization, Atlantic City
Cruises has graciously donated the cruise boat for the
evening to benefit the Toys for Kids organization. The
tickets, which are priced at $25.00, includes the boat
ride, complimentary hor d’ouerves provided by The Flying
Cloud and a disc jockey.
A cash bar will also be
available.
The “Toys for Kids”
program is well-known through out Atlantic County where
thousands of gifts are collected and then, distributed
during the month of December to local children. Because
of the compassion and generosity of local sponsors and
dedicated volunteers who help throughout the year, those
less fortunate in Atlantic County are able to enjoy the
Christmas holidays.
