On September 18, 2008, the Atlantic City Police Department Juvenile Section received notification from the Office of the Medical Examiner for the City of Philadelphia, PA that EDWIN LEE MASON, 13 years of age, passed away on September 17, 2008 at 8:55AM. The immediate cause of death was listed as complications of near drowning suffered on Sunday, September 14, 2008 in the Atlantic Ocean at the New Jersey Avenue Beach.
