WINS DECISION FROM
THE
HONORABLE
JUDGE WILLIAM NUGENT
Regarding his pursuit of Open Public records
Act documents.
The
Borough of Longport attempted to deny
O'Boyle access to public documents by
maintaining that O'Boyle was not a resident
of the state of New Jersey.
Judge Nugent didn't buy that, and, ruled
yesterday morning in favor of O'Boyle.
