BOB LEVY ...

A SAD CHAPTER THAT HE WILL NOT ALLOW TO CLOSE

Because my Brother and I first broke the story that Bob Levy was not a Special Forces Green Beret, I feel a sense of duty and obligation to comment on yesterday's federal, criminal sentencing.

My comment this morning is that it is truly SAD to see Bob Levy decay before our very eyes. All of this due to Levy's self-inflicted, self-destructive behavior, which rose to both disgraceful and criminal conduct.

Levy's plummet to the depths of despair and brokenness (as a man) is a deep personal tragedy.

Not spoken about nearly enough though is the fact that Levy has hurt a number of real military heroes very badly in the process. He has stolen their honor, and they take this very hard.

I know of personal examples whereby Levy's disgraceful and criminal behavior has brought back long ago settled issues with military heroes who have been dealing for decades with their own difficult war experiences.

Finally, Federal Judge Simandle questioned Levy about new claims he is now making to his parole officer and the federal government. Levy now claims to be a Pathfinder ... although there is absolutely no proof in his military record that he was a Pathfinder, serving with Special Forces.

Earlier Levy claimed to be a Green Beret. He is not.

Levy claimed to be a Ranger. He is not.

Levy claimed to be a Paratrooper. He is not.

After all of these lies ... Levy now claims to be a Pathfinder.

This has infuriated the military community, all over again! Several of which have been in direct contact with my Brother Don.

They are also infuriated that Levy has received a 90-day delay in beginning to pay back the more than $ 25,000 in federal benefits that he stole.

Levy is now attempting to apply for more federal benefits, which if he is successful could basically render his paying back the

$ 25,000 a moot point.

Some are also disturbed that Levy received 5 or more delays in his federal criminal sentencing, and, in the end will serve no jail time at all.

Some real military heroes are upset about how Levy has conducted himself and how this entire process has been handled. I have confirmed that they will be heard from in the very near future.

Don and I broke this Levy scandal story not to destroy Bob Levy, but, because he was unfit to serve as Mayor of Atlantic City.

Because so many lies about who broke this story and other aspects of this story have been told ... I also want to remind everyone that Don and I knew before Levy ran for Mayor that he was not a Special Forces Green Beret. Had it been our intent to personally destroy Bob Levy, we could have made this public long ago.

By our choice, we did not.

I wish Bob Levy to get the professional help that he needs. Even despite the fact that a close friend to Levy confirmed to me (through an Atlantic City Police Officer) that Bob Levy had threatened to kill me.

Now, with all that has unfolded regarding Levy, you can see why I was so disturbed when Jeff Blitz politically white-washed these serious allegations while he was still Atlantic County Prosecutor.
