PERSONAL REQUEST
PLEASE HELP ME HELP JOHNNY!
JOHNNY MILLER
I
want to take this opportunity to ask each of you
to help if you can:
Johnny Miller is an aspiring musician/vocalist.
He
encountered a significant hardship that I
have just learned about.
While honing his craft and passion in New York
City, he had an unfortunate encounter that I
want to share with you.
Johnny utilized a taxi cab as most folks do in
New York. The cab had other people inside when
he stepped in.
He
was forced to place his brand new $ 2,000 guitar
in the trunk.
When he was exiting the taxi cab, he asked the
driver to please pop the trunk. The cab driver
drove off with Johnny's prized possession locked
tight inside the trunk.
Johnny attempted to run down the cab on foot,
doing his best Frank Shorter imitation. he could
not catch-up with the cab.
Johnny and his music teammate Adam McDonough
called every cab company in New York City, to no
avail.
Johnny had to take out a loan to buy this
guitar. Now, he no longer has it ... But, he
still has to pay the loan.
I
am contributing $ 500 today to Johnny Miller to
get this started.
I
am asking each of you, if you would make a
contribution, under the following conditions:
When Johnny makes it big ... and, just listen to
him today on "Hurley in the Morning"
in the 10:00 a.m. hour, and you'll no doubt
agree ...
I
repeat, when Johnny makes it big ... He will
have to pay our kindness forward and repay each
of us.
Johnny Miller without his guitar is like: a chef
without his knives, a talk show host with no
voice, Chuck Malamut with no financial products
to offer, Ed Kline with no heavy equipment, Bill
Malamut with no home loan products to provide
his valued clients, Nancy & Kirk Conover with no
insurance products to offer. You get my point.
We
can't help everyone ... But, we can do this.
I
am sending this to a distribution of 50 or more
people today. If you can help, please make your
check payable to:
Johnny Miller
And, note in the memo line: Guitar Fund
Thank you,
Harry
