HarryHurley.com has
obtained a blistering, very direct and profound
letter written by attorney Joe Levin, on behalf
of his client, Atlantic City Councilman Gene
Robinson.
We have
also learned that the Atlantic City Press has
just discovered that we have a full copy of the
four-page letter ... and, they are racing to
report in tomorrow's editions this story.
Once
again, The Atlantic City Press remains very
mindful of our status as the Region's leader in
breaking news reporting. They have become almost
obsessed with beating us to news events,
according to well placed insider at Devins Lane.
The
thrust of the elaborate Levin letter, chronicles
the Atlantic City Councilman John Schultz
treatment presently being offered him by The
Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
Numerous sources have confirmed that Schultz
will be offered entrance into the Pre Trial
Intervention Program ... for first-time
offenders. In Schultz' case, it appears that Ted
Housel will be offering Schultz the ability to
retain his City Council position.
Levin
provides many recent instances whereby the
offending party would only be offered P.T.I.
under the condition that they forfeit the right
to hold public office/employment.
Levin
also goes into specific lengths to detail the
disparity between the treatment offered
African-Americans vs. a White offender
(Schultz).
Levin
is asking General Milgram to intervene and
demand that Schult be required to forfeit public
office/employment and his pension.
Levin
details issues involving Craig Callaway, David
Callaway, Ronald Callaway (aka Jihad Abdullah),
Floyd Talley and Schultz.
Levin
provides General Milgram with specific details
about how The Callaway's and Talley were treated
vs. Schultz.
Levin also chronicles the alleged scheme
perpetrated by The Callaway's, Talley and
Schultz and he suggests that the attempt was to
overthrow City Council majority and install
Schultz as Council President.
Levin
argues to General Milgram that Schultz should
not even be eligible for P.T.I. because this
criminal activity occurred in his official
capacity in office.
Levin
fruther argues that even if you set the law
aside and afford Schulz entry into P.T.I., that
he should be barred from holding elective
office, public employment and that he should
forfeit his public pension.
Well
placed sources have confirmed to me that
Housel/Schultz deal
is done ... But, much pressure has been brought
to bear behind the scenes.
The
Levin letter is the most aggressive act top
date.
I will
feature Joe Levin in his first public,
on-air interview tomorrow (Tuesday) at 9:05
a.m., after Assembly Vince Polistina and John
Amodeo, who will be visiting to discuss a
totally unrelated matter.
Developing.
