Scott Evans Chaired a very
fair Atlantic City Democratic Committee meeting tonight.


In fairness, it must be noted that he did not participate in anything that would 
open him to criticism of any kind.


Evans did his last duty as Democratic Chairman and did it well. 


The voting process has now begun for the selection of a new Atlantic County 
Democratic Chairman to replace Ron Ruff.


Pat D'arcy is the favorite. He is facing a significant challenge from Marc 
Ginsburg.


The Atlantic City 20-17 vote, means that Ginsburg will not pile up any advantage 
coming out of Atlantic City
