												Cappella wins immediate 
												reinstatement to his position as 
												Atlantic City Assistant Business 
												Administrator. He will also 
												receive full back pay ... dating 
												back to May 12th thru today.
											
												 
											
												
												Cappella will return to work 
												this Monday morning, June 9, 
												2008.
											
												 
											
												
												The Honorable (retired) Judge 
												Richard William preceded over 
												today's decision.
											
												 
											
												
												Attorney James Leonard, Jr. and 
												his legal assistant, Don Hurley 
												provided a great service on 
												behalf of Domenic Cappella 
												today.
											
												 
											
												
												Cappella never should have been 
												suspended in the first place. It 
												was pure political retaliation 
												by Scott Evans against his 
												former Mayoral opponent.
											
												 
											
												
												The City had tried to achieve a 
												6-month suspension to 
												termination, as the remedy they 
												were seeking. They do not 
												prevail.
											
												 
											
												
												In the end, Cappella will lose 
												only 3 days pay, and is 
												immediately reinstated with all 
												salary, back pay and benefits. 
												Cappella did not admit to any 
												wrong doing whatsoever.

												keep getting better in Atlantic
