LANGFORD IN VIOLATION AGAIN AND EVANS COLLECTS FROM PALS

Lorenzo Langford has not filed his campaign finance report as required by the Federal Election Commission. 

Reliable sources have indicated that no finance report has been filed with the Atlantic County Clerk’s Office.  Both Assistant Business Administrator Domenic Cappella and Mayor Scott Evans campaign reports have been filed. 

Mayor Evans campaign on the other hand, has filed its report and has indicated it accepted thousands of dollars from local law offices.  Included in the listing is the firm of Miller & Gallagher; the same law firm who represented the Penn Gaming company from Philadelphia that tried to run away with Bader Field far below market value.  Mr. Gallagher is also the same attorney who has received hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments from the City of Atlantic City over the past few months.

More of the same from career public employees Langford and Evans, disregard for the law and the pay to play status quo.
