No way to deny Langford the preferential Column A ballot position.
 
The first Atlantic City Democratic Committee vote ended in a 28-28 tie. 
 
What unfolded next was several weeks of political drama ... which featured both the State Democratic Party Chairman and County Chairman refuse to break the tie.
 
Pat Darcy ordered the new , which Langford, won about 30 minutes ago.
 
There is still a mess remaining in Atlantic City and that is the nominating process for 3 Council at Large positions.
 
The Atlantic City Democratic Committee will make these endorsements later in the month. 
 
You may actually have candidate(s) running with Small, who could win the nomination.
