Coach will retire after 22 seasons.
 
Weiss is truly one  of the most enduring and classy coaches that you will
ever come across in  life.
 
He has been a  dynamic and positive role model. He instilled great and
important values,  which have served generations of youngsters all the days of
their  lives.
 
He has been much  more than just a head football coach. He's been a mentor,
who has a knack for  teaching what is really important in life.
