Hurley in the Morning has learned and
confirmed that Atlantic City Councilman Marty Small has
been subpoenaed to testify in the Councilman Gene
Robinson Blackmail sex trial.
Councilman
Small will be at the trial 9:00 a.m. this morning.
Several
sources have confirmed to me that Councilman Small is
not happy about being dragged into this case.
As most
observers have witnessed .... Small has very carefully
been extremely quiet since his indictment.
The New
Jersey Pubic Defender's Office subpoenaed Small ... the
attorney who is representing Floyd Talley.
Small
appears to be in a position to refute earlier claims
made during the trial.
Small is
said to NOT be happy about testifying today, however, he
recognizes that he was subpoenaed so, he will be there
today and he will tell the truth about what he knows.
