we did not take minutees of the meetings.  Remember Susanne and I could not attend.  So it was handled as a school board meeting with M&C invited.  And I beleive the issue was placed into committee. April

we had a joint meeting w/the school board in mid-'08.   please supply  joe w/the minutes of that meeting.  also, please check our minutes before and during that same period as i believe there was some discussion.   as far as committee discussions, i am copying the other council members so they can advise whether they have any responsive material.   let me know if i can be of further assistance.

See att. copy of records request from Joseph Ingemi.  I originally sent to
Councilwoman Petrongolo to ascertain requested information as it was under
her report at July 27 council meeting.  She responded that all she had
concerning the matter was what was in her council committee report that
evening.  I then asked if she can direct me to the actual person handling
the grant application there must be a hard copy of application of grant if
Hammonton received a grant and/or any council committee meeting minutes
which I know Susanne was directed to take minutes at committee meetings.
However I have not heard back.  Mr. Ingemi once again inquired as to his
request today and I advised him that I would contact you.  I will also copy
Frank Zuber Accountant as Susanne Oddo advised she beleieved there is a
program he can log onto to ascertain this info even though it was not
directly provided to him.  Frank Zuber is on vacation this week though.  As
soon as he advises me on same I will get back to everyone.

As you know the records council takes these requests very seriously so any
direction you can give me will be most graciously appreciated.  Mr. Ingemi
has been patient in his request already and I do not want to keep him
waiting much longer than the law provides.
