Harry Hurley on the smear campaign being waged against Gov. Sarah Palin

The National media couldn't cover the Republican National Convention because of Hurricane Gustav. That was understandable. But, they had plenty of time to smear Republican Vice Presidential nominee, Governor Sarah Palin.

A completely manufactured issue has been injected into decision 2008.

The Liberal, hate-filled left planted a series of lies ... The National media, directly on behalf of their candidate of shoice, Barack Obama. The National media swarmed Republican Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin and peppered her with the loony lib allegations that her own son was not her own ... rather, they falsely alleged that Palin was covering for her daughter, Bristol ... who these loons said was the actual Mother of her (Sarah Palin's) 5th child, baby Trig.

This forced the Palin's to publicly reveal that their 17-year-old daughter (Bristol) is now 5 months pregnant.

Of course, Barack Obama has said all the right things ... Because he has the National media doing his dirty work for him. In fairness, Barack Obama's then 17 year old Mother was pregnant, too ... with him!

To Obama's credit, he did address this matter in the way that it should be handled by all. This is a personal, private matter. It involves a minor. It is disgusting how low the National media will go to help their candidate.

Do you remember when Al Gore's son, Al, Jr. was misbehaving. The National Democrat media breathlessly advised us that this was no matter to even consider. That it involved a minor child and that it was a private personal matter that Al and Tipper Gore would handle. That was it.

Sarah Palin was named on Friday and the National meting was busy savaging her even before the Labor Day Monday Holiday.

The National media has also reported about her husband's DWI of 20 years ago.

But, never fear ... the National media has formally declared that Joe Biden's serial plagerism is off limits because they declare that their bogus declaration of a phony statuet of lijitations has passed.

I promised you that the national media would savage Palin ... They are. Get ready, much more will follow.

My comfort is in the fact that the American people are inherently fair. And, that the Democrat national media will do what they always do ... They will go too far and all of this will backfire on them.

There will be a backlash to these personal smear attacks.

Palin is solely responsible for $ 10 1/2 million dollars being raised in the first two days after she was named to the national ticket.

She remains an inspiring choice. I predict that she will deliver an off-the-charts Nomination acceptance speech tomorrow night or Thursday.

The Democrat, pro-Obama media cannot believe that Obama's convention delivered no bounce whatsoever, so they are feverishly busy at work ... first, phonying up reasons not to cover the Republican National Convention ... And, supplementing that with this smear campaign against Palin ... Because of the very strong, positive first impression she made with America.

The Democrat media wants you to re-visit this by making Palin look like a bad Mother, who can't handle her own family .. let alone Vice President of The United States of America.

Of course, when Albert Gore, Jr. was drinking and driving at high speeds ... This was no negative reflection of Vice President Gore.
