Frank Formica will formally announces his candidacy today for Atlantic County Freeholder, District 2. The official announcement will take place at Formica Brother's Bakery & Cafe, 200 North Tilton Road, Kensington Square in Northfield. Outgoing Freeholder Tom Russo will introduce Formica. EHT Mayor Sonny McCullough will introduce Russo. Assemblymen vince Polistina, John Amodeo and Atlantic County Executive Dennis Levinson and others will all be on hand.
